BlueID is the only technology worldwide that makes the digital key ring on smartphones available in a holistic way and independent of applicaton. The technology is capable to manage all major processes from granting permissions to executing commands. These processes have been implemented for a variety of applications such as facility management, vehicle access or off-street parking and can easily be transferred to further solutions.

Basic Components
A standard BlueID system is structured in accordance to a conventional locking system into a central key management, a key ring with keys and locks. The possibilities of a BlueID system outperform the functions of existing systems by far.
The Trust Center is the digital key factory of BlueID and makes the simple and secure generation of digital permissions (BlueID Tickets) possible. The BlueID Ticket Manager offers you an SSL-secured interface for secure and structured key administration. Create, edit or revoke permissions and retrace access with standard logging procedures.
In order to use BlueID with a smartphone the BlueID Mobile Client must be installed. You will receive the BlueID Mobile Client with your first BlueID Ticket. Then the smartphone can be used like a remote control e.g. for accessing vehicles, buildings and computers. Besides this easy and usual application it is possible to add functins to BlueID via Plug-ins.
The object to be secured with BlueID requires an interface to communicate with the smartphone. If the user triggers a command it will be received, validated and verified by this interface. If the user is authorized to execute the action, it will be passed on to the secured object. Secured object data can be collected and transferred to the trust center as well.
